How do I recycle foam from old couch cushions?

Please see the Palo Alto Recycle Center website and scroll down to "polyurethane" [probably the material in the cushions] where it says the House of Foam accepts "Polyurethane foam #7 (flexible, soft cushion-type foam)  Drop-off small quantities.
