"In the presence of compassionate non-judgmental listening and sharing, miracles happen"
Covenant Groups are small groups that meet regularly to deepen their relationships with each other and to grow spiritually. People experience a Covenant Group as a safe place to talk about what is most important to us, as well as a wonderful context to know others, and to be known, in meaningful ways.
Covenant Group meet at twice a month or more, in the homes of group members or at the church. At each gathering, members share with each other what is going on in their lives, and discuss a topic of spiritual or personal importance chosen for that evening. For the first several meetings, the topics will be given to the group. Afterwards, the group will select subjects based on their interests. Initially, Covenant Groups have 5-6 members. The group will increase in size as members invite others to join the group. Once the group reaches 10-12 people, the group will "birth" a new group.
