The Finance Committee

The Finance Committee responsibilities:
  • manages donations and pledges
  • manages the church's investments, endowments, and special funds
  • oversees all the financial operations of the church
  • reports to the Board of Trustees
  • consults with the Board to manage the current budget
  • helps prepare a draft budget for the Board before the Annual Meeting
  • consults with groups organizing fund raising events
Membership
  • The Vice President of Finance and the Treasurer
  • Volunteers from the congregation as needed
  • The Chair of the Finance Committee is elected by its members
