My regular days at UUCPA will be Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday. (As always, I’ll be available for occasional meetings and events on other days as well.) I will respond to e-mail and phone messages 650-494-0541 x26 on those days.

Where's Amy this month?

Usually, during this half-time year, I lead Main Hall services two to three times a month, but this April it worked out best for our guests and other ministers for them to be in the pulpit more. We have a guest from the UU Legislative Ministry one Sunday, and preaching by Kurt, Eva, and our community minister Scotty McLennan the other four Sundays. So what do I get up to when I'm not in the pulpit? The first Sunday, the 6th, is my once-monthly Sunday off. On the 13th, I will be in Sacramento, completing a weekend of working with the UU Legislative Ministry's Action Network against the anti-marriage equality ballot initiatives. On the 20th, I will be here at UUCPA, attending the service and then our annual meeting, before going to Los Gatos in the afternoon to celebrate the ordination and installation of Victoria Ingram, whom I mentor. On the 27th, I will be at District Assembly, closing out an educational weekend of communion with hundreds of Pacific Central District UUs (which will begin with my leading a workshop on the Friday evening). It will be a month of rejuvenation, resisting oppression, and re-connecting with the larger circle of UUs.
