A church of our size serves its members and the community because those in the congregation make it happen. The church is not a building or the ministers or the staff. There is a place for everyone to paraticipate, whether regularly or only occasionally. These committees and tasks are often ordinary and in the background, but they are absolutely vital. The church works because of Church Works.
