The Thespians sight-read all of their plays, and we welcome UU members, friends, and guests to come to any reading and join us. Surely you can manage ONE of the dates listed on our Schedule page to come read with us. If you like it and have the time, come back again - and again. But there is never any commitment. If you absolutely can't make any of our current readings, keep checking that schedule page. Eventually we're bound to read a play that you can't resist.
Meetings are held in Room 9 at the church, but members take turns being "host." The host is responsible for providing simple refreshments, for choosing the play to be read, and for bringing sufficient copies of the script.
The Thespians also (when requested) provide skits and playlets for UUCPA functions such as dinners, celebrations, canvas, and so on. Rehearsals for any such performances are independent of our regular monthly meetings.
