Yoga

Yoga meets most Saturday mornings in the Fireside Room from 10:00 am to 11:15 am.

Please bring your own yoga mat.  The class is designed for all levels.  It is a combination of Qigong, deep breathing exercises, body vibrations and stretches, using chi energy to open up blockages.  It will put a smile on your face!  There is no charge for the class--please feel free to try it out!  The class is taught by Thalia Lebus, who is filling in for Bill Landauer.
