It’s that time of year again. This year our auction will be on Saturday, November 16. We will begin recruiting volunteers on the patio starting Sunday, 9/15/19. Please let us know if you would be willing to help sit at the auction table to answer questions, sell raffle tickets and enlist volunteers and what time you would be able to help. Dates are: Sunday after the first service from 10:30-11 am and 12 -12:30 pm after the second service on 9/15, 9/22, 9/29, 10/6, 10/13, 10/20, 10/27, 11/3, and 11/10.
Also, we are seeking someone to help run the silent auction on Auction day. It takes about 4 hours of prep time, the full day of the auction from 12 pm to 11 pm and the following Sunday morning from 9-1 pm. It’s not hard work, just that one weekend and you are done. Please consider stepping up to help the Auction Committee so they can continue holding the auction for many years to come. Thanks for your help in making UUCPA such a vibrant community.
