Brown Bag Books fall/winter booklist

The Brown Bag Books group has chosen the following books for the next several months:

October: First Mothers: The Women Who Shaped the Presidents, Bonnie Angelo (non-fiction)

November: Dancing at the Rascal Fair, Ivan Doig (fiction)

December: The Eight Master Lessons of Nature: What Nature Teaches Us About Living Well in the World, Gary Ferguson (non-fiction)

January: Stay and Fight, Madeline ffitch (fiction)

February: The Three Mothers: How the Mothers of Martin Luther King, Jr., Malcolm X, and James Baldwin Shaped a Nation, Anna Malaika Tubbs (non-fiction)

Please join us via Zoom on the first Tuesday of each month at noon to discuss the chosen book.

The Brown Bag Books group meets year-round, except in July and August. Many attendees bring their lunches, and everyone brings a sense of humor. Monthly sessions are always lively and enjoyable.

Books chosen by the group for discussion are usually listed in the Order of Service and the Weekly Update, as well as on the UUCPA website.
