DESCRIPTION:2017 UUCPA Annual Meeting  \n\n\n\nThe Annual Meeting of the Co
 ngregation will be on Sunday\, April 23\, following the second Sunday Serv
 ice.\n\nIn this meeting\, the congregation will vote on the following item
 s:\n\n\n\n\n\n\n• Members of the Board of Trustees\n• Members of the N
 ominating Committee\n• Representatives to the Pacific Central District A
 ssembly\n• Representatives to the UUA General Assembly\n• Budget for F
 Y18\n• Advisory vote on the next UUA President\n• Resolutions presente
 d by members or committees\n• Other matters as determined by the Board o
 f Trustees or proposed by members at the meeting\n\nBagels and fruit will 
 be served\, and childcare will be available.\n\nMembers must have made a c
 ontribution of record during the past 12 calendar months to be eligible to
  vote. New members must be affirmed by the Board 30 days before the meetin
 g.\n\nIf unable to attend\, a member may designate another member as proxy
  — note that no one can hold more than one proxy. A member may also vote
  on candidates by completing an absentee ballot. If you submit a proxy\, y
 ou may not also submit an absentee ballot. Absentee ballots and proxy form

 hurch Board and Other Positions\nThe Nominating Committee is pleased to pr
 esent the following slates:\nBoard of Trustees\nThere are four three-year 
 positions on the Board of Trustees to be filled. The nominees are:\n\n• 
 Sally Ahnger\n• Brooke Bishara • Audrey Erbes\n• Lorraine Kostka\n\n
 There is one one-year position on the Board of Trustees to be filled. The 
 nominee is:\n\n• Harrison Frahn\nNominating Committee\nThere are four No
 minating Committee positions open for two-year terms. The nominees to date
  are:\n\n 	Bill Hilton\n 	Diane Meier\n 	Lisa Helmonds\n 	Tyler Kochel\n\n
 \n\n\n\n\n\n\nPetition Nominations\n\nIn addition to the above listed cand
 idates\, members of the church are welcome to nominate themselves for a po
 sition on the Board or Nominating Committee. To do so prior to March 24\, 
 please contact the Nominating Committee at nominating-committee@uucpa.org 
 . Between March 25 and April 11\, you may volunteer for either of these po
 sitions by drafting a petition to have your name included on the ballot\, 
 having it signed by at least three other church members\, and submitting i
 t to the church office\, addressed to the Nominating Committee\, no later
