 d care planning from the foundation of our personal values and life priori
 ties. Rev. Jen will highlight the "Stanford Letter Project" as one of seve
 ral helpful resources for framing our reflection and discussion.\n\nRev. J
 en Dillinger is an affiliate Community Minister at UUCPA and an interfaith
  chaplain at Stanford Hospital\, specializing in pastoral education and pa
 lliative care. As a chaplain\, she provides spiritual support to patients 
 and their families at all phases of illness\, including at the end of life
