SUMMARY:2020 Annual Meeting
DESCRIPTION:2020 Annual Meeting  Because UUCPA is closed to in-person event
 s until further notice\, the Annual Meeting will be held online.  \nMemb
 ers who are eligible to vote should have received the meeting information 
 in an email on Friday via Realm.  To be eligible to vote a member must ha
 ve made a financial contribution of record within the last 12 months.  
  If you are a member who has made a contribution of record within the las
 t 12 months and did not receive the email\, please contact Elsa Schafer at
  (650) 740-5733).\n\nWhile only voting members can join the Zoom meeting\,
  anyone can watch and listen to the meeting via the Facebook live stream:

  of the Congregation will be on Sunday\, April 19\, 2020.  The meeting 
 starts at 12:30 pm.\n\nIn the annual meeting\, the congregation generally
  votes on the following types of items:\n\n 	Approve the Minutes of the Pr
 ior Congregational Meetings (2019 Annual Meeting Minutes)\n 	Members of th
 e Board of Trustees\n 	Members of the Nominating Committee\n 	Representa
 tives to the UUA General Assembly\n 	Budget for FY20-21\n 	Justice Partne
 rs for FY20-21\n 	Resolutions presented by members or committees\n 	Other 
 matters as determined by the Board of Trustees or proposed by members at t
 he meeting\n\nMembers must have made a contribution of record during the 
 past 12 calendar months to be eligible to vote.\n\n\n\n\nNew members must 
 be affirmed by the Board 30 days before the meeting (by ) in order to be e
