DESCRIPTION:Broadening Our Welcome\, Deepening Connections  We’ve done so
  much in the past year at UUCPA to live our commitment to being a spiritua
 l home for people of all gender identities and sexual orientations\, as th
 e Welcoming Congregation Renewal team reported in May. But what should we 
 do next to deepen our practice of welcome? To find out\, the Welcoming Con
 gregation team and volunteers will soon conduct interviews with people thr
 oughout the congregation\, to better understand our diverse experiences of
  welcome and imagine an ever-more welcoming future for LGBTQIA+ people at 
 UUCPA.\nPlease mark your calendar for Sunday\, October 17\, at 1:30 p.m.\,
  when Rev. Amy Zucker Morgenstern will introduce us to the Appreciative In
 quiry approach to conversation and organizational growth. If you enjoy con
 versations that open to deep sharing about the things we care about\, you
 ’ll find this a fun and meaningful session\, because Appreciative Inquir
 y focuses us on the future we want to build together and the strengths we 
 can build on to get there.\nDuring the hour-long session\, you’ll get to
  practice Appreciative Inquiry with others. Afterward\, you’ll be ready\
 , if you choose\, to help interview other members of the congregation and 
 take UUCPA’s renewal as a Welcoming Congregation to the next level.\nPle
