For health &  safety reasons (coronavirus), Brown Bag Books will NOT be meeting in the Fireside Room on 4/7 as previously planned.  BBB will resume meeting when it is safe to do so.

The April Brown Bag Book selection is “The Dutch House:  A Novel” by Anne Patchett (Fiction).

It is a richly moving story that explores the indelible bond between two siblings, the house of their childhood, and a past that will not let them go.  It is a story of paradise lost, a tour de force that digs deeply into questions of inheritance, love, and forgiveness, of how we want to see ourselves and of who we really are.  (Amazon)  Please join us on April 7th at noon in the Fireside Room to discuss this gripping story.

The Brown Bag Books group meets year-round, except in July and August. Many attendees bring their lunches, and everyone brings a sense of humor. Monthly sessions are always lively and enjoyable.

Books chosen by the group for discussion are usually listed in the Order of Service and the Bulletin, as well as on the UUCPA website.
