 s great\, but sometimes it gets in the way of addressing issues that conce
 rn us\, and we miss opportunities for solving problems and deepening relat
 ionships. Would you like to be more skillful and confident when talking ab
 out areas of disagreement? This workshop will introduce skills for initiat
 ing a discussion\, fostering a sense of safety\, increasing mutual underst
 anding\, and moving towards resolution or a respectful agreement to differ
 .\n\nSusan is a Marriage and Family Therapist and a member of UUCPA’s Co
 nflict Resolution Team. She admits to being a wee bit conflict-avoidant at
