 the life-cycle of groups\; working constructively with conflict\; knowing 
 your group’s purpose\, deepening its mission\, and finding the appropria
 te structure\; building trust\; how to bring new people into your group wh
 ile maintaining the group’s cohesion\; publicity and outreach\; and gett
