 This five-session series is designed for people who are seeking ways to en
 hance their spiritual lives. It will utilize a structured small-group form
 at in which participants will support each other as they both try out sour
 ces of spirituality that are new to them and also seek to deepen their exi
 sting spiritual practices. The structure for this process will come from a
  brief (130-page) book entitled\, Twelve Steps to Spiritual Health\, by UU
  clergyman David Usher. This book “does not assume any formal belief sys
 tem or religious affiliation on the part of the reader\, although it draws
  from a wide range of world faiths.”\n\nThis group will be open to any a
 dult member of the UUCPA community who agrees to attend all five sessions\
 , to try out the suggestions in the Usher book\, and to sign a covenant of
  confidentiality and respectful communication during group sessions. No ne
 w participants will be added after the first session.\n\n\n\n
