 \nMITCHELL PARK PLACE\nGroundbreaking Celebration\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\
 n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nWe are excited to start cons
 truction on Mitchell Park Place\, a mixed-use development that will provid
 e office space for AbilityPath as well as 50 new affordable homes\, includ
 ing 25 for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I
 DD). The abundant resources in the area surrounding the project site make 
 it an ideal location for housing for members of the IDD community and will
  enable residents to lead independent lives. Nearby amenities include the 
 Mitchell Park Community Center and Library\, Magical Bridge Playground\, c
 afes\, grocery stores\, and retail.\n\nThis all-electric building is desig
 ned with sustainability in mind\, with solar panels on the roof\, low-flow
  water fixtures\, drought-tolerant planting\, and dedicated bike parking. 
 The property also includes amenities for its residents such as a computer 
 learning center\, community room\, laundry facilities\, and an outdoor cou
 rtyard with planters for growing fruits and vegetables.\n\n&nbsp\;\nPlease
