DESCRIPTION:Halloween Parade  Oct. 29 Halloween @ UUCPA\nPrepare the kids t
 o get spooky and service-y during Children’s Chapel. Costumes HIGHLY enc
 ouraged. Children in the Teal (3-5) and Tangerine (K-2) Sunday school clas
 ses and several dedicated adults will help assemble 120 craft kits for Lif
 eMoves. Sponsored by the Action Council and Children and Youth Religious E
 ducation Committee\, the craft kits are destined for children living in tr
 ansitional housing in Mountain View and Menlo Park. The kits include basic
  school supplies (such as a #2 pencil\, a pencil sharpener\, erasers\, and
  a composition book)\, plus art supplies (various types of art paper\, ori
 gami instructions\, colored pencils\, crayons\, stickers\, glue\, scissors
 \, and pipe cleaners). The kits also contain a couple of small toys that l
 end themselves well to creative play\, and a collection of mazes\, word fi
 nds\, and other activities. We will be providing phrases in both English a
 nd Spanish for folks to write sweet notes to the people who will receive t
 hem.\nWhen service lets out\, we will have a Halloween parade around the c
 hurch for folks to see our kids’ fantastic costumes.
