DESCRIPTION:Healing the Divide  Healing the Divide is a UUCPA group which f
 ormed after the 2016 elections to ask 1) what do we not understand about o
 thers with more conservative viewpoints and 2)  what can we learn that wi
 ll help us communicate even across wide differences in belief.\n\n\n&nbsp\
 ;\nThe agenda for the August 1 meeting (to be held via Zoom) is:\n\n\n 	Ch
 oose the next 3 topics to discuss in future meetings of Healing the Divide
 .\n 	Discuss our preferences for meeting in person\, on Zoom\, or a combin
 ation of both.\n 	Open discussion of current topics of interest.  This mi
 ght include discussing proposed topics that were not selected.\n\n&nbsp\;\
 nWe would love to have a variety of proposals from different people.  You
  can propose a topic in person at the meeting\, or in writing beforehand.
   Instructions for written proposals will be sent to heal-the-divide@uucp
 a.org\, or you can email me if you aren’t on that mailing list.\nZoom in
 formation will be provided on heal-the-divide@uucpa.org a day or two befor
 e the meeting.  If you are not a member of that email list\, you can requ
 est to join by sending a message to heal-the-divide+subscribe@uucpa.org.\n
