  Encina Ave.\, Palo Alto\n\nIf you or someone you know need the following 
 services\, please attend this event. Community members are also welcome wh
 o wish to learn more about services for the unhoused.\n\nThis free resourc
 e fair\, hosted by the Palo Alto Homeless Service Providers Committee of t
 he City of Palo Alto\, will provide many services for low income and unhou
 sed members of the community including: legal services\, haircuts\, food/h
 ousing/shelter resources\, medical\, mental health and substance abuse tre
 atment services\, Social Security Disability sign up assistance\, and safe
  parking programs.\nThe UUCPA Action Council has donated $150 in Target an
 d Safeway gift cards for distribution to low income and unhoused participa
 nts at the Homeless Resource Fair.\nVolunteers are needed to help with the
  Fair\, and the event is still open to suitable exhibitors. For more infor
