 of Islamic calendar.  The Holy book\, the Quran was sent down from heaven
  as guidance during this month. The day starts with eating of the suhoor.
   Suhoor is the meal eaten before the sun rises. At sunset we have anothe
 r meal called Iftar. To open fast\, we pray and have an Iftar meal with fa
