  12\, 2021 from 7-8:00 pm\n\nYou are invited to participate in an interact
 ive live  Book Talk given by author Dr. Jane Fleishman\, sexuality resear
 cher and author of  The Stonewall Generation: LGBTQ Elders on Sex\, Activ
 ism\, and Aging. An unapologetic depiction of LGBTQ culture and identity\,
  The Stonewall Generation includes the voices of those frequently marginal
 ized in mainstream tellings of LGBTQ history\, lifting up the voices of pe
 ople of color\, transgender people\, bisexual people\, drag queens\, and s
 ex workers. Dr.Fleishman shares the stories of fearless elders in the LGBT
 Q community who came of age around the time of the Stonewall Riots of 1969
 . Each of these inspiring figures has spent a lifetime fighting for the ri
 ght to live\, love\, and be free\, facing challenges arising from their se
 xual orientation\, gender\, race\, ethnicity\, religion\, politics\, disab
 ilities\, kinkiness\, non-monogamy.  For anyone committed to intersection
 al activism and social justice\, The Stonewall Generation provides a much-
 needed resource for empowerment\, education\, and renewal.\n\nJane Fleishm
 an\, PhD\, MEd\, MS\, is a writer\, an award-winning educator\, sexuality 
 researcher\, and AASECT Certified Sexuality Educator. She earned her M.Ed.
  and Ph.D. at Widener University Center for Human Sexuality Studies. She i
 s a proud mother of two really fabulous 20-somethings and lives in Northam
