DESCRIPTION:Prop 4 Speaker and Volunteer Training  You are invited to a Spe
 aker and Volunteer training for Proposition 4\, the California Fair Electi
 ons Act: Saturday July 18 from 2-5 PM\, in Room 4/5. The training will be 
 led by Trent Lange\, President of California Clean Money Campaign and of t
 he Prop 4 ballot measure committee\, Californians for Fair Elections.\n\nY
 ou can leave early if needed but I recommend coming at the beginning get t
 he full information. Not a speaker?  We will describe multiple ways to he
 lp pass this crucial proposition. Even if you're not a speaker it's good t
 o have an elevator speech ready at any opportunity. Prop 4 will remove the
  ban on public financing of election campaigns\, allowing any jurisdiction
  in California to set up its own program of public financing. Currently on
