 pm\n\nWe continue to explore some of the many ways people have used religi
 on and theology as liberating forces to crack open structures of oppressio
 n.  For example\, An ecological understanding of both relationships amon
 g humans (men and women\, colonizers and colonized\, rich and poor) and th
 e human relationship to the rest of the earth helps us to move beyond a th
 eology of domination.  The “queering” of theology helps us to transce
 nd narrow categories that we impose upon God as well as ourselves.  And 
 “Engaged Buddhism\,” integrating the wisdom of liberation theology\, h
 elps us to transform anger into freedom.  Writers such as Marcella Althau
 s-Reid\, Ivone Gebara\, Sallie McFague\, Lama Rod Owens\, Rosemary Radford
  Ruether\, and angel Kyodo williams introduce us to these and other exciti
 ng ideas.\n\nThis is the second in a two-class Liberation Theologies serie
