 eekly online sacred text reading group with Reverend Amy\n\nUsing a spirit
 ual-practice approach\, in each session we will explore a different brief 
 scriptural text in depth. The aims of the sessions are educational (learni
 ng something about the texts and traditions)\, spiritual/moral (discoverin
 g what the texts ask of us)\, and community-building (getting to know each
  other better). I'll have a version of the text available to share\; "brin
 g" your own if you like. All are welcome\, as are your suggestions of futu
 re texts.\n\n\nOur text for Saturday\, June 13 will be Romans 14:14-15:3.

 ashrut\, the Jewish dietary laws\, Paul suggests how people of different r
 eligious practices should live together--very relevant to a diverse commun
