DESCRIPTION:Samhain (or All Hallows’ Day) Dinner  \n\n\n\nSamhain (or All
  Hallows’ Day) is the Pagan root of Halloween. This holiday honors our a
 ncestors and loved ones who have passed. We will have hearty food (as we r
 ecover from so much Halloween sugar!) and some beautiful rituals commemora
 ting those who are no longer with us. We will save a seat for the departed
 \, and we also encourage everyone who is comfortable to bring a photo to s
 hare.\n\nTraditionally\, Samhain dinner is silent\, but since we will have
  kiddos present we will do a silent circle gathering to open the event.\n\
 nDinner begins at 7 pm. We are making some holiday dishes &amp\; desserts\
 , please bring a side or main dish to share! We will have a bucket of pump
 kins (though feel free to bring your own!) for pumpkin painting\, and pape
 r to write down a list of things you’d like to let go of at this Pagan N
 ew Year. These lists we can burn at the end of the evening as we tell stor
 ies together.\n\nHope to see you there!\n\nPlease RSVP to the church offic
