 at 12:30 pm on 9/19 to Approve A Revised Capital Budget\n\nIn the past mon
 th\, several unanticipated capital expenses have surfaced:\n\n 	the air co
 nditioning in the church office and in the ministers' offices is failing\,
 \n 	the sewer pipe from the outdoor bathrooms is broken\,\n 	the grand pia
 no in the main hall requires unexpectedly expensive refurbishing\,\n 	and 
 the cost of several items of deferred maintenance is much greater than ant
 icipated.\n\nThe total cost of dealing with these issues exceeds the amoun
 t that the Board can authorize on our own. We are\, thus\, asking the cong
 regation to approve a revised capital budget at a special\, virtual congre
 gational meeting at 12:30 pm on Sunday\, September 19\, just after the end
  of coffee hour after the second service. While the numbers are preliminar
 y at this time\, we expect to ask the congregation to approve an additiona
 l $86\,000 in capital spending\, making the total capital budget $283\,000
  instead of the originally approved $197\,000.\nAll lifetime members and m
 embers who have made a donation of record in the past thirteen months are 
 eligible to vote at the meeting\, which will be held via a special ZOOM 
 link. If you would like to attend the meeting but are not eligible to vote
 \, you may watch on UUCPA's Facebook Live. We expect the meeting to take a
