You are expected to bring a side dish (salad\, fruit\, vegetables\, d esert) to share with up to 6 people and contribute $3.00 per person or $6. 00 per family for incidentals.  You should also consider bringing your o wn picnic-ware.  Soft drinks are provided.  Often beer &\; wine are available but it is not guaranteed.  Weather is variable\, so you might keep a sweater in your car.  Plan ahead.\nThe hosts for the evening arr ive early\; setup\; get the fires going and take care of clean up.  Host ing rotates on a sign-up basis for those who are able.\nThese BBQ’s are a hidden treasure.  It is a great time to get out and mingle with our g reat and talented Congregation on a purely social basis.  There is no ag enda.  All topics are open.\n\n\nQuestions?
