SUMMARY:Sunday School for children and youth age 3 through grade 8 - Online
DESCRIPTION:Sunday School for children and youth age 3 through grade 8 - On
line While the Coronavirus keeps us physically apart\, CYRE would like to
bring our RE classes together using online meetings. Our regular RE teach
ers have agreed to hold online meetings for each class for the next three
 weeks (March 22\, March 29\, and April 5) as follows:\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n 10:
30 AM: Green class\, Ecojustice class\n 11:30 AM: Red and Yellow classes
combined\,\n 11:30 AM: Blue classes\n 12:30 PM: Neighboring Faith Commun
ities class\n SHYG: to be determined by SHYG advisors\, but probably 6:30
PM\n\n\nThe teachers for each class will email all registered families wi
th links to the online meetings. If you have a child registered in any of
the above classes\, keep a lookout for an invitation on Thursday or Friday
to an online meeting on Sunday.\n\nPlease note that these online meetings
are only intended for our families who are already registered with UUCPA'
s CYRE program. If you would like to invite a friend to one of these meeti
ngs\, please ask them to email Dan Harper at DanHarper@uucpa.org by the
Friday prior to the Sunday when they would like to join. Dan will get the
information he needs\, and he will let the teachers know to include the ne
w families on the call.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWe hope this service helps
you and your family remain connected to UUCPA and to each other.\n\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\nBecause we believe in learning by doing\, a most important part of
our religious education is participation\, with all ages\, in the first p
art of regular worship services. Then during Sunday school\, young people
learn and play with people their own age. Feel free to ask Sunday school t
eachers what they did this week. If you would like to review curriculum ma
terials that are not online\, please call Dan Harper.\n\nEach Sunday\, fro
m mid-August through early May\, Sunday School classes are held.  For the
first part of the year\, all children participate in the classes mentione
d below by age group. After late March and into early May\, children in g
rades K-5 participate in multi-age group projects while children who are i
nfant-preK and middle schoolers continue with the classes below.\n\n Chil
