DESCRIPTION:Thriving Together - A Health &amp\; Wellness Support Group (in-
 person)  \nSmall changes create big results! This in-person support group
  is designed for anyone looking to improve their quality of life through b
 etter sleep\, nutrition\, movement\, and stress management. Whether you're
  looking to boost your energy\, prevent disease\, or manage a chronic cond
 ition\, we’ll explore science-backed strategies and real-life best pract
 ices from peers to help you feel your best.\n\n\n\nEach session will focus
  on practical\, easy-to-implement lifestyle changes that have been proven 
 to enhance longevity and overall well-being—from improving gut health an
 d reducing inflammation to learning how to get restorative sleep and build
  sustainable exercise habits. You’ll get expert insights and peer suppor
 t in a welcoming community that makes the journey to wellness both achieva
 ble and enjoyable.\n\n\n\nJoin us to learn\, connect\, and thrive togethe
 r!\nThis group now has 2 separate meeting times.  Both meetings will cove
 r the same content\, so we expect that group members will choose one or th
 e other.  We meet first Sunday of the month.  \n\n\n\n\nTime: First Sund
 ay of every month EITHER:\nOPTION 1 (in-person only): after church service
  around 11:45 am -12:45 pm\nOPTION 2 (via-zoom only): 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm\n\
 n\n\nLocation for in-person group: UUCPA\, Fireside Room (the room behind
