DESCRIPTION:Transgender Inclusion in Congregations  This Monday we'll view 
 the last of our series of videos on Transgender Inclusion in Congregations
 . We'll watch and discuss the sixth video: "Creating Culture Shift." Full 
 inclusion and affirmation of trans people requires real culture shift. Thi
 s final session covers how to create culture shift in a congregation or ot
 her faith context so that people of all gender identities and experiences 
 can be full members\, get their spiritual needs met\, and contribute their
  gifts.\n\n\n\nIn September\, 2020\, many of you attended UUCPA’s Welcom
 ing Congregation seminar “Transgender Experience and Spirituality.” Th
 e event featured selections from the online course series “Transgender I
 nclusion in Congregations\,” developed by UU leaders Rev. Mykal O’Nea
 l Slack and Zr. Alex Kapitan and the Transforming Hearts Collective.\n\nTh
 e excerpts we viewed and discussed in the seminar were moving and inspirin
 g\, and many of us would like to take the entire six-session course.\n\nTh
 e Welcoming Congregation Committee will offer a monthly group viewing/disc
 ussion over Zoom\, meeting from 7–9 pm on the third Monday of each month
 \, starting on November 16.\n\nOver the six sessions\, we’ll deeply expl
 ore the intersection of trans identity\, spirituality\, and faith communit
 y and gain the grounding\, context\, and skills to transform ourselves and
