DESCRIPTION:Unitarians in Palo Alto 1893-1933  Come meet some of the Unitar
 ians who lived in Palo Alto in 1893-1933\, people affiliated with the firs
 t two Unitarian congregations here. They included pacifists and people who
  supported the use of military force. Some were extremely wealthy\, some h
 ad little money. There were immigrants and native Californians. They inclu
 ded librarians\, sexuality educators\, teachers and professors\, feather r
 enovators\, entrepreneurs\, scientists\, and artists. For the past five y
 ears\, I've been working on a biographical dictionary of these early Unita
 rians. I'll read brief biographies of several of these fascinating early U
