 now that feeling of having too many things\, too much stuff\, and not enou
 gh space to put it or time to deal with it. Sometimes it brings a load of 
 frustration and shame. But of course our stuff is also valuable in many wa
 ys: it can be useful\, beautiful\, evocative of sweet memories\, and an ex
 pression of who we are.\n\nIn this Return of Elder Journey\, we'll check i
 n about our lives and discuss our adventures with stuff. Have we had to do
 wnsize? What helps us reorganize and repurpose our things? Is our stuff be
 coming too much for us? Do family members pester us to get rid of some? Am
 y will present:\n\n 	local resources for helping us organize or rehome our
  stuff\n 	tips for downsizing\, from the people who have done it\n 	the di
 fferences between clutter\, collecting\, and hoarding\n 	how to get help i
 f people in our lives are telling us we have too much stuff\n 	new researc
 h on what helps us get on top of our things instead of our things being on
  top of us.\n\nThen we'll talk about whether we want to have a regular Eld
 er Journey as we did before COVID. (Who is an elder? Answer that question 
 for yourself\, then subtract 15 years. That's the age at which people beco
 me elders!)\n\nThis meeting is hybrid. Come to Room 10 at UUCPA\, or parti
 cipate fully via Zoom. All are welcome!
