DESCRIPTION:UUCPA Auction  \n\n\n\nGet Ready to Party!  UUCPA Auction – 
 Saturday\, November 16\n\n\n\nThe UUCPA Auction is the biggest and best pa
 rty of the church year!  Be sure to mark your calendars now.   You don
 ’t want to miss the delicious food\, wine\, live music\, and plenty of f
 un for the kids.  There’ll be lots of parties and other stuff to bid on
  in the silent auction\, plus 10 or so fabulous items in the live auction.
   And it’s all free!\n\nOf course\, it takes many of us working togethe
 r to make the party great\, so start thinking about what you’d like to o
 ffer – a party\, a lunch\, a dinner\, an outing\, a service\, something 
 delicious to eat\, something handmade\, art\, or anything else you can thi
 nk of.  You can offer something by yourself\, or with friends\, or with a
 n organized group (e.g. Choir\, Chalice Circle\, Committee\, Board of Trus
 tees).  The deadline to get donations in the catalog is October 27.\n\nWe
 ’ll have an auction table in the patio after each service.  We need fri
 endly volunteers to staff the table and sell raffle tickets\, help folks s
 ign up to help on auction night\, and accept donations.  It’s only a th
 irty-minute shift\, and you talk with lots of great people.  If you can h
 elp one or more days\, sign up at the patio table on Sunday or email pame
 la_s@uucpa.org.\n\nDo you have a favorite restaurant or store that you vis
 it often?  Pamela (pamela_s@uucpa.org) can give you a letter to take to t
 hem asking for a donation\, like a discount on a meal.  You’d be surpri
