 egation / Transgender Inclusion\nSunday June 6\, 7:30-8:30\n\nUUCPA recent
 ly completed our first annual certification under the UUA's Welcoming Cong
 regation Renewal Program.  Part of the process was holding the Transgende
 r Inclusion in Congregations class\, which many of you attended.\n\nNow it
 's time to think about next year's renewal process! What shall we plan to 
 do to continue our congregation's progress in Welcoming?\n\nPlease attend 
 this meeting to help guide our next steps.  We've identified two main thr
 eads:\n\n\n 	Discernment: exploring where UUCPA is and isn't doing well at
  providing a radically inclusive beloved community\, especially for LGBTQ+
  people.\n 	Education: Guided by our discernment\, offer educational progr
 ams to encourage UUCPA to move in this direction.\n\nWe'll share ideas (in
 cluding a number of suggestions from the last Transgender Inclusion class)
  and hopefully identify some immediate actions as well as long-term goals.
