From the Associate Minister of Religious Education – Online Sunday School, Virtual Egg Hunt

I hope you and your family are surviving the shelter-in-place order, and I hope even more that you are all healthy.

Online Sunday School

With the shelter-in-place order, we’ve moved all children and youth programs online (except for OWL classes). You should be receiving Zoom links for online Sunday school and online youth group, and we’re going to be setting up a system where you get a reminder email on Saturday with all the Zoom links and passwords.

Kid-friendly Online Intergenerational Worship

And we’re going to make our online worship services fun for kids. If you watched last week’s service, you got to travel back in time to the year 29 in the land of Judea (if you missed the service, that skit is now up on the Youtube channel), and there will be a second installment in this week’s service.

Virtual Egg Hunt

Most importantly, there will be a virtual egg hunt in this week’s online worship service. You might see purple, green, yellow, and striped eggs hidden somewhere in the service. You might see eggs with arty designs on them. You might see eggs with mandala designs. There will be at least seven eggs hidden in the service, maybe more. Will your family be able to spot all the eggs that are hidden throughout the service?

Take care, Dan
