The location is New Orleans–such a great place to go–and the energy for “Resistance and Resilience” is high.

  • Bryan Stevenson of the Equal Justice Initiative will give the distinguished Ware lecture. (If you just saw the documentary 13th, you saw him speak about mass incarceration.)
  • There is a special Undoing Racism justice training workshop just before the beginning of the assembly
  • This is the year we choose a new UUA president from one of the three women profiled here.
  • Hundreds of workshops, services, social gatherings take place from June 21-25.
  • Visit the website for GA for more information: http://www.uua.org/ga
UUCPA Members can request to go as delegates and participate in UUA policymaking, including the presidential election.
