A November update to the iPad app for Zoom introduced a problem where participants are sometimes unable to see and hear shared content such as the music videos in our Sunday services. If this happens on your iPad, select the small button in the lower right corner that says return to shared content. Other iPad users report that this has solved the problem.
We also suggest updating your Zoom app regularly so that, when the problem has been corrected, you’ll have that updated app.
