While many people are familiar with improv on the stage or screen, this workshop will explore the philosophy of improvisation and how it can be applied to your daily life! Along with a discussion on developing your sense of playful mindfulness, we will also be exploring these concepts using improvisational games and exercises. This workshop is suitable for people of all ages, all abilities, and all mindsets — so please join us for this fun and enlightening workshop!
