March 6 is the day we gather in person!

9:30 service to move off parking lot; indoor service added at 11; online service continues

Cast off your pajamas and put on your Sunday best, warm up your singing voice, pour your coffee into a travel mug. I can’t wait to welcome you to the service at UUCPA next Sunday, March 6! We are resuming in-person, indoor services for good.*

The 9:30 service will wave goodbye to the pickleball players and be held on the main patio outside the Main Hall from now on. Please continue to wear a mask on campus, preferably N95 or KN95. If there is sufficient demand for indoor seating, we’ll add that in coming weeks, so please let us know if you’d be comfortable sitting indoors, 9:30 attendees.

The 11:00 service will offer indoor OR outdoor seating. To sit indoors, please wear an N95 or KN95 mask (we will have some available for a nominal fee) and bring, or send in advance, proof of up-to-date vaccination, meaning that you have received the full dose, plus booster(s) as you are eligible. If you are unvaccinated, decline to state, or simply prefer to be outdoors–or if we overflow the indoor space–comfortable seating will be available on the main patio. We will use all of these safety measures, plus a set distance between chairs, so that we can sing! Child care will be available.

The 11:00 service will continue to be held online as well. If that is better for you, attend via this Zoom link or Facebook Live as we have done for the past two years.

Whether you are sitting indoors or outside, please come around to the front entrance of the Main Hall, where our newly-painted red doors stand open and John Wright, Membership Engagement Coordinator, will be at the welcome table to greet you and sign you in. Then you can take your seat for our grand celebration!

To recap:

9:30 service remains outdoors, masked, distanced for singing, now on the main patio.

11:00 online service continues as usual.

11:00 also gathers inside the Main Hall and on the main patio.

To be inside, you must show proof of vaccination and wear an N95 or KN95 mask. We will be distanced for safe singing.

For all services, please come to the front entrance of the Main Hall before taking your seat.

Children’s Religious Education and child care continue at 9:30, and child care will be offered at 11.

You can send an image or copy of your vaccination card in advance to make check-in faster. If it arrives by Friday morning, your name will be on the fast check-in list.

No pre-registration necessary.

See you at UUCPA on March 6!

With an abundance of blessings,

Amy
