Singin’ in the Rain?

It’s raining! That’s the good news. Our thirsty land is very happy.

The bad news is: we can’t hold an in-person, outdoor service in the rain. Even if the rain is too light to bother humans, it’s too heavy for sound equipment. So the 9:30 service will not take place if it’s raining.

However, the other good news is: We have an online service at 11 that is stopped by neither snow, nor rain, nor heat, nor gloom of night.

So if you wake on this or any Sunday and you have any question as to whether the 9:30 service is happening, check the This Sunday webpage after 8 a.m. We will have posted an update. If the 9:30 service is cancelled, follow the instructions to log on at 11.

If your child is coming to Sunday School, the CYRE weekly newsletter will have information on what parents can do during class.
