On May 25th, 2021, the Board of Trustees unanimously passed a set of four policies that set the framework for our return to in-person worship and activities. Though we know it has been a very long 15 months, we thank you for your continued patience as many volunteers and our dedicated staff plan and implement our safe return to campus. Our goal remains to transform ourselves, each other, and the world, while also keeping our COVID transmission risk as low as possible.
- Our Hybrid Services Task Force recently published an update, and they are aiming for a return to in-person worship in mid-August.
- Our Children’s and Youth Religious Education Committee continues to plan for both in-person and remote options for families in the fall.
- Our newly created Small Group COVID Compliance Task Force has begun working out the guidelines for all of our various groups, including classes, committee meetings, and singing groups. They expect to publish these guidelines in mid to late-June. We ask all group leaders to plan for both in-person and remote attendance as much as possible, knowing that not all of us are going to be able to come to campus. This task force will also be providing updated guidelines as conditions change.
