UUCPA is going into the clouds! To upgrade our mail server, we are going to use Google’s free service for nonprofits. To start with, we plan on mov- ing our mail service over to gmail. This will make our mail service more reliable, manageable, and fault tolerant. Michael Plass, our IT guru, is spear-heading this project. There are still many IT projects we would like to undertake to modernize our infrastructure (taking advantage of other features Google nonprofit offers, a new web site, new WIFI, etc.).
