Getting to Know UU – Newcomer Gathering at the UUCPA Picnic

Are you relatively new to UUism and/or UUCPA? Or just interested in deepening your UU knowledge and connections? Either way, at our annual picnic on Sept. 13 please get your food, then Get to Know UU as others get to know you!

Rev. Peter Farriday facilitates this informal get-together that offers a chance to learn more about Unitarian Universalism and UUCPA, hear from others about their spiritual journeys and why they’re exploring—or have chosen—UUCPA as their spiritual home, and discuss any related questions or musings with Rev. Peter – and with some special mystery guests!

No RSVP is needed. At the picnic Peter will announce that it’s assembling, and we’ll find a quite spot. Depending on the number of participants it might run about 45-75 minutes, but you’re free to come for whatever time you have. “Childcare in the Park” will be provided.

While Getting to Know UU is geared toward relative newcomers, again anyone is welcome. And since every gathering is a little different, if you attended on June 14 you can certainly join this one as well.
