Growing with intention: how data is helping us welcome and connect-Hybrid Meeting

This Sunday, June 28, I’ll be sharing a brief presentation on something the Membership & Growth Committee has been building over the past year: a data-driven approach to welcoming newcomers, staying connected to members, and understanding what makes our small groups thrive.

If you’ve ever wondered how many first-time visitors return, which groups are most effective at building lasting connections, or how we identify members who may be drifting away — this presentation will give you a clear picture of how we’re now tracking and acting on all of it.

It’s the 4th Sunday, so please grab your lunch and join us — we’ll get started at 11:45am at the Fireside Room.

If you lead a group or activity at UUCPA, we especially hope you’ll be there. The presentation includes a section on how group leaders’ attendance data contributes to the health of the whole community, and Maricia Scott will close with a short hands-on walkthrough of how to record attendance in Realm — both on the app and on the web.
