This class is a follow-up to the “Introduction to Meditation” ARE class which Prashant taught in January 2019. This session will focus on Forgiveness Meditation, which time constraints prevented covering during the January class. This meditation will help you to find relief and love & appreciation towards yourself and others. It will be useful for all attendees – whether or not they came in January and whether or not they have previous meditation experience.

UUCPA member Prashant Billore has been practicing meditation for over two decades. For the last four years, he has been training under Rev. Doug Kraft, a Unitarian Universalist minister, as well as American Buddist monk Bhante Vimalramsi. He currently teaches online retreats under Bhante Vimalramsi’s Dhamma Sukha Meditation Center.
