Intergenerational Service – No Sunday School
The service theme, “The Masks We Wear,” is all about finding courage and celebrating our authentic selves. We’ll have a fun skit and a hands-on activity where everyone will participate in creating their own “Brave Face Mask” to take home as a personal tool for bravery.
This is a costume-friendly event! We encourage everyone to come dressed up (adults, too!). If you need an extra flourish or forgot your gear, we will have extra costumes available in the hall for anyone to use.
The biggest celebration happens immediately following the service! Don’t miss the:
-
Costume Parade!
-
Waffles Feast!
-
Community Trick-or-Treating!
Come share in the fun, the laughter, and the community spirit! Childcare is available for our youngest attendees.
Because we believe in learning by doing, a very important part of our religious education is participation, with all ages, in the first part of regular worship services. Then during Sunday school, young people learn and play with people their age. Feel free to ask Sunday school teachers what they did this week. If you would like to review curriculum materials that are not online, please contact Rev. Cat Boyle.
