Celebrating the Lives of Kay and Byron Brown – January 11, 2026
As many of you know, on Dec. 11th our community lost beloved members Kay and Byron Brown when, after recent steep health declines and a hospitalization for each of them, they both chose a death-with-dignity surrounded by their five children. On Sunday, Jan. 25 after the service, alongside 4th Sunday Brunch (at about 11:45 am), the Green Sanctuary Committee will host a vegan sausage and veggie burger tasting. Non-meat “meat” has gotten pretty tasty and is better for the environment than the meat options they replace.
