Dismantling White Supremacy
UUCPA’s Dismantling White Supremacy group meets on the 2nd Tuesday of the month. On December 10, 2024, we’ll learn some of the incoming administration’s plans for mass deportations–which unfortunately are very much in place and ready to begin–and learn what people at UUCPA, together with partners in the community, are already planning in order to defend ourselves, family, friends, and neighbors.

Heads up: it implies that the continent was unpopulated before immigrants began arriving. Another way of putting this is that it does not treat the influx of people from the north in c. 11,000 B.C.E. as a wave of immigration, but regards them as the indigenous people of the land.
